Manage social media calendar and cross-platform content.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Email Marketing (30%)
Manage and nurture 1.oak Financial's email database and subscriber lists.
Create, build, and distribute weekly email campaigns, including newsletters, educational content, webinar promotions, event invitations, and company updates.
Ensure email communications are consistent with the 1.oak Financial brand.
Segment audiences to create more personalized and relevant communications.
Monitor deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and overall engagement.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
Prepare monthly email marketing performance reports and actionable insights.
Social Media Management (30%)
Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
At least one year of digital marketing experience or equivalent hands-on experience.
Experience using email marketing platforms and building email campaigns.
Experience managing professional or business social media accounts.
Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
Experience working with marketing analytics and reporting.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Experience managing or updating WordPress websites.
Working knowledge of SEO best practices.
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
Experience working in financial services, insurance, or another regulated industry.
Familiarity with compliance considerations related to digital marketing.
Experience creating or coordinating digital content across multiple platforms.
