Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Bring products to life online through compelling product pages, thoughtful product presentation, and connected shopping experiences to help customers shop with confidence
  • Monitor inventory and perform regular site audits to ensure customers have a consistent, high-quality shopping experience
  • Partner with creative, marketing, and commercial teams to align featured products, storytelling, and inventory priorities
  • Develop seasonal storytelling plans and merchandising strategies that showcase key products
  • Support product setup and maintenance to ensure product information is accurate and complete
  • Passion for creating intuitive customer experiences and an eye for how people shop online
  • Core contributor in improving product discoverability:
  • -Optimize how products are presented and discovered across the website
  • -Help customers discover products through thoughtful navigation and dedicated collections
  • -Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve the online shopping experience

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn through feedback and collaboration
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Highly detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Basic understanding of the eCommerce environment and customer journey
