Requirements

• 3–5 years in PR, digital PR, media relations, or journalism, with hands-on outreach experience.
• Proven placements you can point to. You should be able to walk us through a specific piece of coverage you landed, what the angle was, and why the reporter said yes.
• You generate the angles, not just execute them. Given a client and a news cycle, you come back with three ideas worth pitching — not a request for direction.
• Strong, fast writing. You can turn a complex topic into three sentences that make a reporter care.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and client portfolios simultaneously without dropping threads
• Comfortable with volume and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the discipline to work remotely
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

• Experience with legal, dental, medical, or other regulated professional services clients
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and how earned links and citations affect search and AI visibility
