Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain RAFT’s website (WordPress), ensuring content is current, accessible, and functioning well
  • Coordinate updates, new pages, and campaign launches with internal teams
  • Monitor website performance and analytics; recommend improvements to user experience and engagement
  • Maintain website security, backups, and system updates
  • Support and manage online platforms such as Shopify, event registrations, and donation tools
  • Improve the online purchasing and donation experience to increase engagement and revenue
  • Partner with marketing and development teams on digital campaigns and promotions
  • Track and report on key performance metrics
  • Optimize use of Google Analytics (including nonprofit grant tools, if applicable)
  • Research and implement AI tools that improve workflows, reporting, and content creation

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in website management, digital platforms, or IT support
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
  • Familiarity with AI tools and digital automation
  • Experience supporting online sales, donations, or digital transactions
  • Experience working in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization is a plus
  • Comfortable managing websites, digital platforms, and integrations
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts in simple terms
  • Curious and adaptable, with an interest in learning and applying new technologies

Preferred

  • Experience working in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization is a plus
