Job Summary

Drive website testing and QA for an e-commerce site, coordinating cross-functional UX and technical testing efforts.

  • Own cross-browser/device testing, API issue resolution, and test case development.
  • Must-have: Associates degree or equivalent IT/e-commerce experience with basic HTML/SEO familiarity.
  • Standout: Collaboration with web merchandisers, SEO, marketing, and developers to implement enhancements.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform website testing using multiple browsers and devices
  • Assist in producing digital versions of our print catalog
  • Use the website’s API client to resolve customer and data issues
  • Collaborate with web merchandisers, SEO specialists, marketing experts, and developers to identify and implement website enhancements
  • Develop test cases for automated testing tools
  • Coordinate testing resources
  • Work with Marketing and Digital professionals to improve our customers’ online experience

Requirements

  • Associates degree in Computer Science, one year of IT or e-commerce operations experience, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with SEO, HTML, test case development, and preferred, but will train the right person
  • Ability to communicate effectively, exhibit sound judgment, and deal constructively with staff and leadership
