Responsibilities

• Manages Kratos email (train + general gmail) and social media accounts, responding to messages and inquiries, sharing tagged stories, commenting on relevant posts.
• Captures, creates, and edits content for social media platforms, websites, and newsletters.
• Creates and maintains social media content calendar.
• Stays on top of marketing and social media trends, special events (teacher appreciation week, holidays etc.) and implements relevant posts for Kratos Performance platforms.
• Acts as Member Liaison performing tasks such as tours, sales, account management, outreach, customer service, and other duties as assigned.
• Creates email templates for quick responses to various inquiry types (classes, open gym tours, personal training, any current promo).
• Reaches out to leads with follow up and new member deals.
• Engages with members and promotes interaction among staff and members.
• Attends networking events, health fairs, and promotional events as needed to increase our exposure, or has assistant attend (if available).
• Keeps up to date with staff and member birthdays and posts to social media when applicable

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in photography and video editing.
• Highly creative and up-to-date on the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.
• Proven experience developing, executing, tracking and optimizing social media strategies for increased followers and improved engagement
• A motivated and creative mind who is able to learn quickly and work independently with little guidance
• Ability to write timely, creative and engaging content for newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, talking points and social media posts
• Skill in organizing resources to meet tight deadlines
• Design skills using platforms such as Canva and adobe illustrator.

Preferred

• Experience and knowledge in a fitness environment
• B.S. degree or current student in digital marketing, photography, or related
• Sales and customer service experience
• Food prep experience
