Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Meeting with Foster Care, Office on Aging, and Communications teams to identify social media themes, upcoming events, and promotional opportunities
  • Collaborating with supervisor to align on content, scheduling, and expectations
  • Planning and organizing monthly content using a spreadsheet or scheduling platform
  • Tracking and analyzing social media performance, using data to inform content decisions and report on engagement
  • Managing social media scheduling, including ad hoc Facebook requests
  • Supporting additional digital media efforts as assigned

Requirements

  • One (1) year of experience in a directly related field or in the performance of similar duties and responsibilities within an office or customer service environment required.
  • Familiarity with Canva for creating digital content
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products
  • Understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook

Preferred

  • Ability to develop content across multiple formats (graphics, video, stories, reels, etc.) (preferred)
  • Availability to work on-site one day per week (2–3 hours on Thursdays) (preferred)
