Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy, build, launch and daily optimization of paid campaigns across Meta, Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube and emerging channels.
  • Manage budget allocation and pacing across all nine club locations, shifting spend toward the markets and campaigns delivering the strongest return.
  • Build and maintain audience strategy: geo-targeting by location catchment area, lookalikes, retargeting pools, and seasonal audience segments.
  • Run a continuous testing program across creative, copy, audience, placement, offer and landing page, with documented results.
  • Manage local and non-digital paid channels as needed — local publications, sponsorships, boat shows and events.
  • Own bid strategy, negotiation and vendor relationships for any media placements.
  • Own the full measurement stack: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, call tracking and offline conversion imports.
  • Ensure every lead source is correctly tagged and attributed from first click through to membership sale.
  • Build and maintain leadership dashboards covering spend, leads, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and pipeline by location.
  • Deliver weekly performance snapshots and a monthly deep-dive with recommendations to the Director of Marketing and CMO.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years managing paid digital media with direct, hands-on account ownership — agency or in-house.
  • Demonstrated experience managing meaningful monthly ad spend and accountable for cost-per-acquisition targets.
  • Deep working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including campaign structure, audience building and bid strategy.
  • Hands-on proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking implementation — able to build and debug tracking without outside help.
  • CRM experience, ideally HubSpot, including automations, field structure and reporting.
  • Comfort building landing pages and making website edits in a CMS such as WordPress.
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency in spreadsheets; able to turn platform data into a clear recommendation.
  • Ability to explain technical performance issues in plain language to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Multi-location or franchise marketing experience, especially managing geo-segmented budgets
  • Experience marketing subscription, membership or recurring-revenue businesses
  • Local SEO and Google Business Profile management at scale
  • Marine, hospitality, resort, club or luxury lifestyle category experience
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications
  • Basic HTML, CSS or scripting ability for tracking and site fixes
