Responsibilities

• Analyze performance across digital media campaigns to uncover trends, opportunities, and drivers of success
• Evaluate KPIs tied to client business goals (e.g., CPA, ROAS, reach, frequency, engagement)
• Transform data into clear, actionable insights that inform optimizations and strategic direction
• Identify patterns across audiences, creative, inventory, and platforms to drive performance improvements
• Proactively diagnose performance challenges and identify root causes
• Operate effectively in ambiguous situations, using structured thinking to develop solutions and recommendations
• Take ownership of analyses and demonstrate accountability in driving outcomes
• Support and evolve test-and-learn initiatives, including audience, creative, and platform experimentation
• Develop clear, concise reporting and presentations that translate complex data into compelling narratives
• Communicate insights and recommendations with confidence to a range of stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital media analytics or in a performance marketing environment with a strong emphasis on data analysis, measurement, and insights
• Strong understanding of digital media metrics, attribution, and measurement frameworks
• Proven ability to think critically, solve problems, and operate independently in unclear or evolving situations
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• High level of initiative, accountability, and attention to detail
• Experience working with large datasets
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple workstreams, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Preferred

• Experience working across multiple digital channels (e.g., programmatic, paid social, search, etc.)
• Familiarity with testing methodologies, incrementality, or lift analyses
• Exposure to cross-channel performance analysis and holistic media measurement
• Performance marketing agency experience
