Job Summary
Own merchandising and lifecycle CRM within SnackCrate’s e‑commerce stack, driving presentation, product momentum, and revenue growth through targeted site UX and email campaigns.
- Merchandising & Site Optimization: Manage product listings, visuals, descriptions, categorization, and promotions on a WordPress-based storefront.
- Klaviyo Flows & Campaigns: Build and optimize abandoned cart, upsell, winback, restock alerts, and subscriber retention journeys.
- Data‑Driven UX & Merchandising: Monitor GA4, heatmaps, and tests to improve conversion and AOV, and identify new opportunities from trends and seasonality.
