Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across email, website, social media, paid advertising, and digital banking platforms to support organizational goals.
  • Manage digital advertising including Google Ads, Meta advertising, StackAdapt, display advertising, and other paid media initiatives while monitoring budgets and campaign performance.
  • Create, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns, automated member communications, onboarding journeys, and trigger campaigns.
  • Maintain website content, landing pages, forms, and digital member experiences while ensuring content remains accurate, current, and user-friendly.
  • Coordinate social media scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and community engagement while collaborating on content development and campaign execution.
  • Support digital marketing platforms including Banno, SavvyMoney, Geezeo, MeridianLink, Marquis, XbyK, Formstack, and other marketing technologies.
  • Monitor campaign performance, website analytics, SEO, and digital metrics while providing reporting and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns that support products, services, community initiatives, and organizational priorities.
  • Assist with copywriting, proofreading, and digital content development to ensure brand consistency and member-friendly messaging.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and online marketing platforms.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms including Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms, marketing automation, and customer journey development.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems, SEO best practices, and user experience principles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent written communication, proofreading, and copywriting skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing technology platforms.
