Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, lnstagram, Twitter, Linkedln) to attract and retain followers across all brands.
• Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, requiring responses.
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages promptly.
• Analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
• Write compelling blog posts, articles, website copy, press releases, or other written materials as required.
• Conduct thorough research on relevant topics to ensure accurate information in the content produced.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) by incorporating relevant keywords strategically.
• Collaborate with other team members or subject matter experts to gather information for creating informative content pieces.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
• Experience or knowledge of Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Treatment.
• Demonstrates professional standards, excellent interpersonal, customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Passionate about all aspects of digital marketing - from crafting impactful emails to managing social media.
• Possesses strong communication skills both written and verbal with a solid understanding of digital marketing strategy across multiple channels along with experience in email marketing platforms and social media management tools.
• Ability to think creatively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Stellar communications and professional collaboration skills (oral and written) with ability to interact with a wide variety of professionals and personalities in a fast paced, rapidly growing organization.
• Self-starter with good sense of professional urgency and consistent follow through.
