Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution and optimization of paid search campaigns (primarily Google Ads)
- Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and support campaign builds
- Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Analyze data and provide insights to improve performance against client goals
- Support strategists in reporting, pacing, and ongoing campaign management
- Write and edit content for websites, blogs, and social media
- Conduct industry and competitor research to inform strategy
- Support SEO initiatives including on-page optimization and link building
- Update website content via CMS platforms such as WordPress (training provided)
- Assist with social media content creation and scheduling
- Work collaboratively with PPC strategists, SEO specialists, and account managers
- Help execute marketing strategies aligned with client goals
- Stay up to date on trends in PPC, SEO, and digital marketing
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, internships included
- Hands-on exposure to Google Ads (campaign builds, keyword research, or optimization)
- Strong writing skills (blog, web, or ad copy)
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical mindset and interest in performance data
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated interest in paid media and digital marketing
Preferred
- Experience in an agency environment
- Familiarity with SEO tools and concepts
- Exposure to other paid platforms (Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
