Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns , including campaign structure, ad groups, and ad copy to improve engagement and lead generation
Utilize Dynamic Keyword Insertion search term analysis, and A/B testing to enhance campaign performance
Implement and maintain conversion tracking and reporting within Google Ads to measure effectiveness and guide optimization decisions
Monitor campaign and marketing performance metrics, using data insights to improve strategy and maximize ROI
Execute integrated marketing campaigns that combine digital and traditional marketing efforts
Support lead generation initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth
Leverage paid search, Local Services Ads (LSA) , and other digital channels to strengthen brand visibility and audience reach
Provide regular reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership

Requirements

Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
Strong understanding of paid media strategy and execution across digital channels
Experience with conversion tracking, analytics, and performance reporting
Knowledge of search term analysis, keyword strategy, and campaign optimization techniques
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Google Ads Search Certification (preferred)
