Responsibilities

• Building, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns from the ground up
• Digging into analytics to figure out what's working, what's not, and what to do about it
• Researching keywords and writing ad copy that converts
• Talking to clients directly about performance
• Collaborating with our SEO and creative teams to make sure everything works together
• Getting cross-trained in SEO fundamentals so you understand the full picture of how local businesses win online

Requirements

• No experience required, but is preferred. We’ll train the right person from scratch. What matters more is your attitude and your willingness to get better every single day.
• Analytical mindset. You don’t need to be a data scientist, but you should like figuring things out.
• Strong communication skills. You'll be talking to real business owners.
• Organized and proactive. We move fast and we don't micromanage at all.

Preferred

• Familiarity with Google Ads or any paid ad platform is a plus.
