Job Description

Pendergrass, GA Full Time Mid Level
About This Role
La Vaquita Flea Market is the largest weekly gathering of Hispanic families in Northeast Georgia. 35,000 visitors every weekend, 800-plus vendor booths, and a community that treats this place like home. We need someone who can carry that energy across every screen our audience touches.
This is a hands-on digital execution seat, not a strategy-only seat. You will own our content engine, our paid media, our reputation surface, and our website, and you will be measured on what those channels deliver. Your Spanish fluency will keep our content reading native instead of translated, and your sales-driven instincts will tie every channel back to traffic and repeat visits.
You will walk into a contractor bench supporting content production during ramp and a Director who sets brand and creative direction and hands you the channels to run. We have the direction. We need someone who can execute it.
What You Will Do
Content and Social (Primary Focus)
You will plan and run the content calendar across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels. You will direct the supporting contractor team (reels editor, on-site capture, photo editing), coordinate capture on a live, high-traffic floor, and bring production in-house where it makes sense. You will keep cadence consistent and culturally authentic in both English and Spanish.
Paid Media
You will build and optimize paid campaigns, primarily Google Performance Max, to drive measurable traffic. You will own the budget, the targeting, and the reporting, and you will tie spend back to results every week.
Website and Reputation
You will own the ongoing management of the website, including the targeting and measurement infrastructure underneath it. You will own the Google review response cadence and the public-facing review surface, keeping responses timely and on-brand.
Analytics and Reporting
You will own the marketing scorecard, report weekly, and translate channel data into the next week's priorities. You will operate in GA4 and your channel platforms daily, not check in occasionally.
Cross-Department Coordination
You will partner with our Leasing & Brand Manager to promote events and new vendors across channels, and with our Director on brand and creative direction. Your lane is the digital channels and the measurement underneath them. We keep those lines clean on purpose so you can go deep on execution.
What You Bring
Must Have
Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written. Our audience is Spanish-first and our content has to read native, not translated.
1-2 years running digital marketing across content, paid, and web, with direct ownership of results.
Hands-on with Google Ads and Performance Max, Meta and Instagram publishing, a web CMS (Webflow a plus), GA4, and review management tools.
Fluent with AI tools for content production. You use them to move faster, not to replace the voice.
Available to work weekends. Saturday and Sunday are our primary operating days and where the content lives, so weekend presence is part of this role.
Nice to Have
Experience directing contractors or freelancers (editors, capture, community management) and holding them to briefs and deadlines.
A project you personally drove to completion, marketing or otherwise, where you owned the outcome end to end.
Experience marketing to Latino or Hispanic audiences.
Video-first content background: short-form reels, capture, edit direction.
Familiarity with a weekend-driven retail or events business.
What We Offer
Salary$48,000 - $58,000 base, commensurate with experience
ScheduleHybrid. Three days on-site including weekends, two days remote during the week
Performance BonusesTied to channel performance and traffic targets. Not tenure.
BenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurance
Retirement401(k) and defined benefit plan
Time OffGenerous PTO and paid holidays
ImpactYour work directly shapes how thousands of families discover and return to La Vaquita every weekend
