Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Digital Campaign Planning & Coordination
• Understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and key messages to develop digital content that supports broader business and marketing goals.
• Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and activation of integrated digital campaigns across social media, email, and other marketing channels.
• Partner with subject matter experts, marketing colleagues, corporate communications, design, HR, and business stakeholders to align campaign timing, messaging, audiences, and approvals.
• Develop digital campaign assets, including copy, visuals, target audience segments, content formats, and calls to action.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen campaign content, audience relevance, and engagement.
• Stay current on relevant social media, email, and website trends, platform changes, and digital marketing best practices to identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage stakeholder reviews and perform quality assurance across campaign content, links, targeting, and delivery.

• Manage the corporate social media calendar and publishing schedule.

Requirements

• Advanced Technical Skills
• Project management, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives from concept through final reporting.
• Copywriting and copyediting skills, with the ability to understand business objectives, client needs, and target audiences and translate complex subject matter into clear, engaging digital content.
• Social media marketing, particularly LinkedIn.
• Email marketing, with experience using Delivra preferred.
• Managing website content through a content management system (CMS).
• Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and digital trends and recommend appropriate opportunities for adoption.
• Using Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools.
• Intermediate Technical Skills
• Visual design and creative execution, with the ability to create and adapt polished graphics from established templates, apply strong design judgment when deviations or improvements are needed, and collaborate with the J.S. Held Design Team on more complex creative needs.

Preferred

• Experience in a marketing role for a professional services organization.
• Video editing experience and capabilities.
