Responsibilities

• Capture and edit high-quality video and photo content for clients across industries
• Assist in content writing for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and websites
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to brainstorming and creative sessions
• Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies
• Help manage content calendars, shoot schedules, and creative briefs
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Stay updated with digital trends, platforms, and best practices

Requirements

• Experience with videography and photography (equipment knowledge a plus)
• Phoenix, Az based preferred, but not requirement
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Comfortable working directly with clients and representing the Superbloom brand professionally
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• A collaborative mindset and proactive attitude
• Bonus: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CapCut
