Responsibilities

• Assisting in the creation and curation of content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and ensuring a consistent posting schedule.
• Helping to manage email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
• Performing keyword research and on-page SEO optimization for website pages and blog posts to improve organic search rankings.
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Supporting the execution of paid advertising campaigns, including ad copy creation, audience targeting, and bid adjustments.
• Conducting competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborating with the design team to create visual assets that align with campaign goals.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related internship
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and techniques
• Experience with content creation (graphic design, video editing) is a bonus
