Job Summary

Own the execution and measurement of Frostbank’s digital campaigns, translating business needs into actionable marketing work, delivering email programs, and continuously optimizing based on web and campaign data.

  • Campaign Execution: Build and test multi-channel programs, measure impact, and report results.
  • Requirements to Actions: Gather business/user needs and translate them into backlogged items for digital marketing plans.
  • Digital Analytics Support: Analyze web and digital activity to improve targeting, traffic, and campaign effectiveness.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize single and omni channel digital marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with a cross-departmental team to support the execution of Frostbank.com projects and maintain the master backlog of upcoming initiatives
  • Build, test, and report on marketing emails following email marketing best practices
  • Collect and document business and user requirements for digital marketing initiatives, supporting the translation of those needs into actionable items
  • Assists with analysis of Frost’s digital activity (web, mobile, digital media) that includes behavior analysis, traffic, campaign effectiveness, target segmentation and enhancements.
  • Assists with planning and execution of digital marketing activities and campaigns

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; or equivalent experience in digital marketing
  • 2+ years of experience with marketing or digital campaigns
  • Experience with website content management and/or digital marketing
  • Intermediate to proficient HTML coding experience (email-building experience preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
