The Digital Marketing Specialist will take full ownership of both organic and paid social media efforts. This individual will serve as the go-to resource for creating engaging digital content, keeping platform strategies fresh and relevant, and managing reporting and optimization. This position is a key member of our marketing team and will also support other digital marketing initiatives to help achieve campaign goals.

Essential Duties:

1. Responsible for owning and executing the bank's organic and paid social media strategy. This role leads content creation from concept to completion including filming, editing, writing, publishing, and reporting while ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and industry regulations.
2. Carry out the brand strategy and campaigns for the Bank through social media and digital marketing channels.
3. Implement market specific campaigns through digital channels.
4. Manage the bank website for accuracy, SEO and usability by performing ongoing updates and maintenance.
5. Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and use Web analytic tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising.
6. Manage any vendors and partners associated with paid digital advertising.
7. Assist in the annual development of the bank's overall marketing strategy and campaign.
8. Work closely with risk management and compliance in an effort to ensure all requirements are met for existing and new digital features.
9. Assist in the development of the annual marketing budget to create a spending plan for marketing dollars without going over allocated funds.
10. Monitor the vendor relationships for the marketing department and choose new vendors as needed.
11. Establish and monitor ROI and KPIs for the digital marketing efforts.
12. Participate as an active member of the marketing committee ensuring the digital strategy and results are presented quarterly.
13. Develop the bank's content marketing campaign and plan for effective rollout.
14. Be involved in the community to be seen as a positive reflection of the Bank

Education and Experience:

1. Associate degree in marketing or related field required; bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Experience in marketing, design, video editing, social media, SEO, and related digital marketing functions.

Work Schedule:

This position requires 40 hours each week with the majority of work being completed between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Weekend and evening work occurs on an as-needed basis. Travel to other branches and conferences will occur occasionally. Travel and attendance of events and social gatherings is necessary in this position.
