Job Summary

Own the on client side paid media engine with hands on setup, optimization, and testing across Google Ads and Meta Ads, plus conversion tracking and local listings to drive measurable client growth.

  • Campaign ownership: end to end management, creative coordination, and landing page alignment to lift performance.
  • Measurement and learning: set up tracking, analyze data, and iterate quickly on what changes will move metrics.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimize client campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Build campaigns including ad copy, audience targeting, budget management, and bidding strategies
  • Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking, with exposure to tools like Google Tag Manager and GA4
  • Create or coordinate ad creative — images, video, and copy — that supports client goals
  • Collaborate on landing page copy and design to improve campaign performance
  • Monitor performance data, identify what's working and what isn't, and make adjustments to improve results
  • Bring ideas to the table — new strategies, tests, and opportunities to help clients grow
  • Over time, contribute to client-facing reporting and performance conversations
  • Update and manage client profiles on Google Business Profile and platforms like Yext and Birdeye
  • Audit listings for accuracy and consistency across platforms
  • Support strategies to help clients generate more reviews and strengthen their local search visibility

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience working in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
  • Some exposure to conversion tracking or analytics tools
  • Detail-oriented and organized enough to manage multiple client accounts and keep things moving
  • Able to look at campaign data and draw conclusions about what needs to change
  • Clear communicator who isn’t afraid to speak up with ideas or concerns

Preferred

  • Experience with Google Business Profile, Yext, Birdeye, or similar platforms
  • Agency experience
  • Hungry to learn — you take feedback well, ask good questions, and want to get better at your craft
