The role: You'll own and grow our social media presence and drive digital lead generation—shaping how our brand shows up across platforms and turning attention into real business. You'll also provide light phone support during peak call times (roughly 10–20% of the role), which keeps you connected to the customer voice that fuels great content.

What you'll do:

• Manage and grow our social media presence (content, posting, engagement)
• Build and run digital lead generation campaigns across platforms
• Create marketing content that reflects our brand and drives leads
• Monitor reviews and online reputation
• Provide backup phone support during busy stretches (10–20% of role) and update customer files in our CRM

What we're looking for:

• Creative and confident on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Experience or strong interest in digital lead generation
• A real eye for content—visuals, captions, hooks, and trends
• Self-starter who can run with ideas without hand-holding
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Positive, upbeat, and reliable
• Typing speed of 45+ WPM preferred

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
