Own the end-to-end content marketing ecosystem across multiple locations, balancing social media, newsletters, events, and digital ads while collaborating with sales, service, and interns; drive data-informed improvements across channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule content for social media and ads for multiple locations
  • Send out monthly newsletters for multiple dealership locations and brands
  • Monitor and reply to customer comments on social media as well as online customer reviews
  • Communicate and collaborate with sales and service teammates at multiple off-site locations to gather content for monthly newsletters and social media
  • Develop content for event support - social posts, website landing pages, digital ad strategy
  • Create fun videos with dealership personel that align with current trends
  • Work with management to create monthly marketing plans based off incentives, inventory and need
  • Manage all social media platforms and social media management tools.
  • Work directly with Marketing Interns to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels including email marketing and social media.
  • Analyze data from Google Analytics and other sources to measure campaign performance, various advertising sources and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or Equivalent Work Experience
  • Proficient in Adobe. Able to create original and edit existing content.
  • Ability to create engaging social media content
  • Knowledge of various marketing channels, including email marketing, SEM, Google Business, and social media.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, tech, and methodologies in digital and graphic design
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams at multiple locations
