Job Summary

Own the full digital marketing and SEO program for a local HVAC and plumbing brand, spanning site optimization, content, local search, reviews, and paid media to lift traffic and leads.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Own SEO, on page optimization, schema, page speed, and technical health to boost rankings and user experience.
  • Local/Content Engine: Build city landing pages and local service content, manage Google Business Profiles, reviews, and local listings to drive conversions.
  • Marketing Ops & Analytics: Oversee analytics, Search Console, sitemaps, content calendar, and cross channel campaigns (Google Ads, Local Service Ads, Meta) with monthly reporting.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and continually improve the company website.
  • Optimize all pages for SEO and user experience.
  • Build and maintain city-specific landing pages.
  • Create and optimize service pages.
  • Implement schema markup throughout the website.
  • Improve page speed and Core Web Vitals.
  • Maintain internal linking strategy.
  • Optimize metadata, headings, images, and URLs.
  • Monitor Google Search Console and resolve technical SEO issues.
  • Maintain XML sitemaps and indexing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience
