Job Description
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Marketing Director to align digital priorities with company growth objectives
- Translate marketing and business strategies into a clear, actionable digital roadmap
- Contribute to the development of digital standards, processes and governance across the organization
- Strategically integrate AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and digital capabilities
- Guide the development of the company’s digital ecosystem including website architecture, analytics frameworks, SEO and digital asset management systems
- Support the development of campaign and account based marketing infrastructure
- Oversee marketing automation and CRM integration
- Design and implement scalable digital workflows, standards and governance processes
- Establish repeatable systems that can be applied consistently across the business
- Manage the corporate website as a primary brand and growth platform
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field required
- 8 to 12 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within B2B or professional services environments required
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling digital systems and marketing platforms
- Strong understanding of long sales cycles and complex B2B buying processes
- Hands on experience with CMS and DAM platforms
- Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms
- Experience managing SEO, GEO and paid media initiatives
