Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan and execute email/SMS campaigns end-to-end (builds, scheduling, segmentation, lifecycle flows).
Own the app program: adoption initiatives in-store (download QR, one-pagers, exclusive-product callouts) and app-exclusive promotions.
Run the loyalty program (Rooted Rewards): sign-ups, promotions, and retention campaigns.
Plan and publish The Garden organic social (IG, FB, TikTok); maintain the content calendar and community engagement/UGC.
Execute all retail marketing: daily deals, holiday promotions, in-store signage coordination, and campaign launches across all three stores.
Maintain online menus (Dutchie, Weedmaps, Leafly) and website content/promos.
Drive the Google Reviews program (QR codes, talk tracks, store accountability) toward 100/mo.
Coordinate local events, partnerships, and community activations per store.
Report weekly store-level and channel performance (traffic, transactions, basket, email/SMS revenue, app downloads, reviews).

Requirements

3–5 yrs digital and retail marketing experience (cannabis a plus); lifecycle email/SMS platform and loyalty program experience required; strong analytics/dashboard skills; excellent communication.
Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business preferred, not required.
