Responsibilities

• Direct website strategy, design standards, content structure, governance, and user experience to ensure the organization’s digital presence is engaging, accurate, accessible, and aligned with brand standards.
• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns that support audience engagement, lead generation, customer/member acquisition, retention, and organizational growth.
• Lead search optimization and search marketing efforts across traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms, including SEO, GEO, content strategy, performance measurement, and continuous optimization to maximize brand visibility, traffic, and engagement.
• Oversee email marketing and marketing automation programs, including audience segmentation, campaign workflows, testing, reporting, and performance optimization.
• Partner with content, creative, brand, sales, IT, and other internal teams to develop digital experiences and campaigns that support business objectives.
• Collaborate regularly with IT and external vendors on website operations, platform enhancements, technical requirements, digital innovation, data integrations, and issue resolution.
• Use analytics tools and reporting dashboards to monitor website, campaign, channel, and audience performance; translate data into actionable insights and recommendations to advance the enterprise strategy.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, usability, accessibility, and overall digital experience through testing, research, analysis, and best practices.
• Manage digital marketing projects, timelines, vendors, agencies, and budgets as assigned to ensure work is delivered on time, on brand, and within scope.
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, privacy considerations, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies; recommend appropriate enhancements to strengthen digital

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, digital media, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Seven or more years of progressive experience in digital marketing, website management, campaign management, marketing automation, or a related discipline.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strategic thinker who aligns digital marketing with organizational goals and audience needs.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, interpret performance data, and clearly present recommendations.
• Knowledge of digital content strategy, user experience, conversion optimization, and audience engagement.
• Collaborative and influential across departments, with strong attention to quality, accuracy, brand consistency, compliance, and governance.
• Curious and adaptable in evaluating new tools, technologies, trends, and process improvements.

Benefits

• Pay: The annual salary range is $105,000-$120,000. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience. Candidates outside of the range are encouraged to apply, and will be considered based on experience, skill and education.
• Work Arrangements: This is a full-time office focused, salaried position. Office focused positions work on-site due to the nature of the work and have limited remote days.
