Responsibilities

• Email Marketing & Automation: Design and execute segmented email campaigns (announcements, artist spotlights, weekly features, and automated lead-nurturing sequences); Klaviyo experience preferred.
• Targeted Advertising & Paid Media: Plan and manage niche paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, geofencing) tailored to reach fine art collectors.
• Content Creation & Video: Conceptualize, direct, and produce high-end video content, artist interviews, and interactive digital experiences (e.g., virtual gallery walkthroughs, digital exhibition features, and interactive media).
• Website Management & Analytics: Oversee site content updates, maintain CMS functionality, implement SEO best practices, and use tools like Google Analytics / Tag Manager to optimize conversion paths.
• Social Media & Brand Growth: Drive organic and paid social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to build community and cultivate brand awareness.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: 3+ years managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Paid Search/Social, SEO, Email Marketing, CMS management).
• Technical & Analytical Aptitude: Comfortable analyzing web analytics data, managing marketing automation tools, and working with basic web technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript experience is a plus).
• Creative & Design Skills: Strong visual eye, digital production ability, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro).
