Job Summary

Own the end-to-end paid advertising program for enterprise clients, coordinating vendor partnerships, campaign execution, performance optimization, and client communications to deliver ROI while aligning with each client’s business goals.

  • Campaign ownership: design, launch, optimize, and report on multi-channel paid campaigns with a focus on partner performance and budget efficiency.
  • Partnership & governance: manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms and rates, and ensure secure data handling and compliant workflows across the enterprise ad stack.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of your assigned clients’ businesses and what matters most to them.
  • Manage content syndication, lead aggregator and review site partners as a highly integrated member of an Enterprise client team, leading:
  • Strong relationships with vendors
  • Flawless execution of campaigns
  • Proactive and clear communication
  • Negotiation of rates with all vendors
  • Strategy discussions with client
  • Reporting and analysis of performance by partner
  • Managing client and vendor expectations around timelines
  • Budget distribution across partners based on performance

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience designing and managing paid advertising campaigns to specific ROI goals. B2B experience and/or agency experience is a big plus.
  • 1+ year managing lead generation partners
  • Hands-on experience with multiple social advertising platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.)
  • Experience managing ALL facets of digital advertising campaigns.
  • Experience making effective pitches/presentations to key decision makers
  • Experience leading meetings and proactively managing client/stakeholder relationships
  • Experience with data analysis, visualization, and presentation
  • Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new software applications
