Job Description

Responsibilities

Drive Fay Group's digital acquisition strategy across the organization’s digital ecosystem
Manage planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital channels (lead buying, display, search)
Contribute to broader owned, earned, and paid digital initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and IT
Leverage marketing data, analytics platforms, and digital insights to enhance lead generation performance, attribution, and ROI
Support digital performance through conversion tracking, marketing analytics, and search visibility insights (Google Search Console)
Oversee local search engagement (Google Business Profile) and CRM integration
Manage lead vendor partnerships and marketing dashboards/performance reporting
Contribute to data-driven optimization initiatives to inform strategic decisions
Collaborate with AVP of Website & Digital Marketing on growth opportunities and alignment with revenue objectives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field
5+ years of experience in digital marketing in a marketing context
3+ years of Marketing Lead generation experience with substantial paid budgets (min $50K per month)
Previous experience in Mortgage, Real Estate, or Financial Services
Proficiency in CMS tools such as WordPress and Wix
Experience with Google and Meta platforms (AdWords, Google Console, GTM, GA4, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills
Solid decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment

Preferred

Prior experience delivering referrals to multiple business units
Prior experience with online review management tools for solicitation, response, and optimization of GBPs and other review sites
Programmatic media experience
Experience with CRM/Email platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Total Expert, or similar
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar
MS Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook proficiency
