Responsibilities

• Client Partnership & Communication
• - Serve as a primary digital point of contact for assigned client accounts
• - Present campaign performance, strategic recommendations, and reporting to clients in regular meetings
• - Translate complex digital data into clear, confident narratives tailored to each client's level of technical understanding
• - Proactively identify opportunities and flag risks - clients should hear it from you before they have to ask
• Digital Media
• - Strategize, launch, optimize, and report on paid digital media campaigns, including paid social, paid search, and programmatic media
• - Integrate CRM intelligence into campaign targeting, segmentation, and optimization
• - Manage budgets and pacing across platforms to ensure efficient spend and delivery against KPIs
• Analytics & Reporting

Requirements

• 3–6 years' experience in digital marketing, with agency experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience managing paid social, paid search, and programmatic campaigns
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio (Looker Studio)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy
• Demonstrated experience presenting digital strategy and campaign results directly to clients or senior stakeholders; not just building the deck, but delivering it
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with various teams
• Reports to the Director of Digital Marketing

Preferred

• You are confident integrating use of AI into daily workflow to maximize efficiency
• You have experience with HubSpot, The Trade Desk, and SEM Rush
• You have experience with the Higher Education vertical
