Job Summary

Own the visual and digital storytelling engine for Geronimo Power, aligning brands, assets, and AI-enabled production to drive measurable impact across web, video, and campaigns.

  • Brand and asset governance: evolve visual systems, logo design, iconography, illustrations, apparel, and AI-assisted renderings with clear disclosure where used.
  • Performance-driven production: build a data-driven workflow for web, video, and social that translates dashboards into decisions for marketing and leadership.
  • Cross-functional execution: partner with PR, Events, Development, and external vendors to deliver fast, on-brand outputs at scale.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Lead day-to-day management, optimization, and governance of Geronimo Power's digital assets and platforms (website, project microsites, and digital properties). - Plan, produce, and edit photography and video content from concept to delivery, coordinating with external teams to meet budgets and timelines. - Drive creative design across digital and print, ensuring every touchpoint reflects brand standards. - Build and maintain a performance tracking framework across web, video, photo, iconography, logos, social, email, and paid media. - Deliver additional visual design and management across the brand, including illustrations, infographics, icon systems, and AI-assisted renderings with disclosure where appropriate. - Support digital and visual aspects of executive thought leadership and project announcements with landing pages, assets, and social rollouts. - Own brand visualization across channels by evolving visual systems, templates, and guidelines for consistent branding. - Lead project naming and logo design for Geronimo Power's portfolio, coordinating with legal and external partners. - Own end-to-end branded apparel and promotional items programs, including vendors, sourcing, QC, inventory, and ROI analysis. - Evaluate and operationalize AI systems for Marketing & Communications to accelerate output while upholding brand voice and responsible use. - AI Championship: develop training and onboarding for AI fluency and best practices across the team and cross-functional partners. - Manage external vendors and freelancers, scoping work, negotiating contracts, and ensuring on-brand delivery on budget and schedule. - Stay ahead of digital, design, video, analytics, and AI trends and advocate for new tools and approaches. - Conduct market and audience research to inform positioning, strategy, and creative direction with a focus on energy, data centers, and rural community engagement. - Partner with internal teams to ensure digital execution reinforces broader campaign goals. - Onboard new team members and partners to the digital ecosystem and brand standards. - Perform other duties as assigned to meet company needs. Requirements - 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, communications, or creative production, ideally with mix of in-house and agency exposure. - Demonstrated ability to manage websites and digital platforms end-to-end (CMS, SEO basics, UX/content updates, analytics tagging, accessibility). - Strong video production and editing experience with a portfolio covering corporate, community, and social formats. - Hands-on creative design skills (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or equivalent) and a sharp eye for brand visualization. - Fluency with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics/GA4, LinkedIn and Meta analytics, HubSpot, video platform analytics) and ability to translate dashboards into decisions. - Experience designing and synthesizing market and audience research to guide creative and campaign strategy. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling content. - Analytical and creative; comfortable moving between spreadsheets and storyboards and using one to strengthen the other. - Agile and adaptable as priorities, platforms, and AI capabilities evolve. - Problem-solving mindset; proactive, option-driven, and able to drive work to resolution. - Highly organized with strong multi-tasking ability; collaborative and cross-functional. - Thrives in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and high-visibility deliverables. - Proven success managing multiple vendors and budgets without sacrificing quality or schedule.
