Responsibilities

• Social Media Marketing
• Build and grow accounts across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Public Relations (PR)
• Pitch media, secure coverage, and drive awareness
• Paid Advertising
• Test and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms
• Content Marketing & SEO
• Write and publish keyword-driven content targeting terms like: make friends; meet new people; social networking; events near me
• GEO & AI Search Optimization
• Optimize content for AI-driven discovery (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)
• Growth Experiments
• Test new channels, messaging, and acquisition strategies
• Analytics & Tracking
• Measure performance, iterate quickly, and double down on what works
• And more — if it drives growth, you’ll touch it

Requirements

• 3-month, full-time, unpaid internship
• You should NOT be working another job
• You should be obsessed with startups, marketing, and growth
• You should be comfortable working fully remote and independently
• You should be someone who can execute without hand-holding
• You can commit full-time (25–40+ hours/week) for 3 months
• You’re deeply interested in startups + digital marketing
• You’re a self-starter / hustler / go-getter
• You execute fast and figure things out
• You’re comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration

Preferred

• Have experience with content, ads, or SEO
• Have built something on your own (project, brand, etc.)
