Responsibilities

• HubSpot Administration & Marketing Automation
• Serve as the internal day-to-day owner of HubSpot marketing execution — E3 XPS's HubSpot power user.
• Build and maintain workflows, automated email sequences, and nurture campaigns.
• Manage contacts, company records, segmentation, and properties; maintain strong CRM data quality.
• Build landing pages, forms, and CTAs; maintain lead-routing between Marketing and Sales.
• Track engagement to identify buying intent, and build dashboards reporting on activity and performance.
• Email Marketing
• Own execution of recurring and targeted email campaigns (by industry, trade show, service, or segment).
• Write and edit professional marketing copy; test subject lines, messaging, and CTAs.
• Monitor deliverability and engagement metrics, and coordinate priorities with leadership and Sales.

Requirements

• Highly proficient with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM; comfortable building workflows, lists, campaigns, dashboards, and automation.
• Extremely organized, able to manage many simultaneous deadlines without close supervision.
• Strong marketing writer (email, blog, case study, social).
• Experienced with LinkedIn/B2B social marketing and comfortable with large CRM/prospect datasets.
• Data-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented.
