Digital Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Help manage client relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our services
• Assist in the management of digital marketing projects and campaigns, including timelines, budgets, and resources
• Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers, designers, and developers to ensure project objectives are met
• Attend meetings, take meeting minutes, and distribute action items to the appropriate team members
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to team members and clients
• Conduct research to support digital marketing strategies and campaigns
• Assist in the creation of reports and presentations to update clients on campaign performance
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices related to digital marketing

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, in an agency setting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Asana or Trello
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
