Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Solid grasp of core paid media metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR).
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or e-commerce; relevant internship experience considered.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and/or TikTok Ads Manager.

Preferred

• Hands-on campaign management experience in Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads.
• Experience with Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
• Proficiency in GA4; familiarity with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools.
• Understanding of attribution models and conversion tracking
• Experience with Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform.
