Own the paid media strategy and execution for digital channels, with a focus on ROAS and CPA optimization, data-driven analysis, and cross-team collaboration.

Lead and optimize campaigns across key platforms to meet performance targets.
Coordinate analytics and reporting to inform budget decisions and channel priority.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Solid grasp of core paid media metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR).
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication skills.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or e-commerce; relevant internship experience considered.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and/or TikTok Ads Manager.

Preferred

Hands-on campaign management experience in Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads.
Experience with Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
Proficiency in GA4; familiarity with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools.
Understanding of attribution models and conversion tracking
Experience with Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform.
