Job Description

About OmniFunnel Marketing

OmniFunnel Marketing is an award-winning, boutique performance marketing agency founded in 2005, headquartered in Miami Beach. We build full-funnel revenue systems for clients investing $50K–$200K+/month in digital growth across DTC eCommerce, lead generation, hospitality, healthcare, and automotive verticals.

Our tech stack includes proprietary AI/ML tools, server-side tracking architecture, and creative production automation. Our clients include Celsius, MSI, MSCHF, Universal Music, Pioneer DJ, L’Oreal, and Tao Group. We’ve managed over $500M in ad spend across our portfolio.

We are a small, senior team — and we hire coordinators who want to become operators, not people looking for a passive seat.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution and operational flow of the agency. You will work directly alongside the CEO, Director, and senior specialists — not in a silo. This role is the connective tissue that keeps client deliverables, internal workflows, and project timelines running smoothly.

This is a high-exposure, high-learning role. You will be immersed in paid media, email marketing, creative production, web development, tracking infrastructure, and AI-driven systems from day one. If you want to learn performance marketing at a level most coordinators never see, this is the seat.

What You’ll Do

Project Coordination & Task Management

•   Asana ownership — Maintain project boards, create and assign tasks, update deadlines, and ensure every deliverable has a clear owner, timeline, and status. The team should never have to wonder “where are we on this?”

•   Internal follow-ups — Track deliverable progress across paid media, creative, email, web, and tracking teams. Flag delays early and escalate blockers before they impact client timelines.

•   Brief preparation — Draft and organize creative briefs, project scopes, and internal documentation so specialists have everything they need to execute without back-and-forth.

•   Meeting support — Prepare agendas for client status calls, take detailed notes, and distribute action items with owners and deadlines within 24 hours.

Client Support & Communication

•   Client-facing support — Assist with scheduling, sending client updates, compiling deliverables for review, and responding to routine client questions. You are not the primary strategist, but you are a reliable and professional point of contact.

•   Reporting assembly — Pull data from Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Klaviyo, and internal dashboards to compile weekly and monthly performance reports. You learn what the numbers mean as you assemble them.

•   Asset coordination — Collect, organize, and distribute creative assets, copy, and approvals between clients and internal teams. You ensure nothing gets lost in the handoff.

QA & Quality Control

•   Pre-launch checklists — Run through QA checklists before campaigns go live: tracking pixels in place, UTM parameters correct, creative assets matched to the right ad sets, landing page links functional, email flows triggered properly.

•   Error catching — You are the last set of eyes before deliverables reach the client. Typos, broken links, mismatched assets, incorrect dates — you catch what others miss.

What We’ll Teach You

This is not a role where you’ll be left to figure things out alone. You will learn:

•   How paid media campaigns are structured and optimized across Meta, Google, and TikTok

•   How server-side tracking, GA4, and attribution modeling work — and why they matter

•   How lifecycle email and SMS programs drive 30–50% of eCommerce revenue through Klaviyo

•   How creative testing frameworks inform ad production and iteration cycles

•   How a performance marketing agency operates at a high level — from client strategy to execution

The expectation in return: you are proactive, detail-obsessed, and genuinely hungry to learn. We invest heavily in people who show initiative.

What Success Looks Like

First 90 days: You’ve taken ownership of Asana and project documentation. The team relies on your task tracking and follow-ups. You’re assembling client reports accurately and on time. You’ve started to understand the relationship between paid media, email, creative, and web — and you’re asking smart questions.

6–12 months: You’re running project workflows with minimal oversight. You’re catching issues before they’re escalated. You understand the client accounts well enough to anticipate needs. You’re building toward a Marketing Manager trajectory.

Qualifications

•   1–2+ years in digital marketing, agency experience preferred (internships count if substantive)

•   Strong organizational skills — you live in task management tools and never let things slip

•   Basic familiarity with digital marketing channels: paid social, email marketing, SEO, web development

•   Comfortable pulling data from platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, or Klaviyo (or eager to learn quickly)

•   Excellent written communication — professional, clear, and concise

•   Proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be told what’s next, you figure it out and flag it

Bonus Points

Experience with Asana, Monday.com, or similar project management tools

Any hands-on exposure to Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Klaviyo

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or web platforms (Shopify, Webflow, WordPress)

Interest in AI, automation, or marketing technology

Portfolio or examples of any marketing work you’ve contributed to

Why OmniFunnel Marketing

•   Learn from the top — Work directly with a CEO who has 25+ years of agency experience and has delivered for L’Oreal, Universal Music, Celsius, and Tao Group.

•   Real exposure, not busy work — You’ll touch every channel, every platform, and every phase of campaign delivery. This is not a “get coffee and update spreadsheets” coordinator role.

•   Proprietary technology — Exposure to AI tools, server-side tracking, and creative automation systems most marketers don’t encounter until they’re 10 years into their career.

•   Clear growth path — Coordinator → Manager → Director. We promote from within and reward initiative.

•   Hybrid flexibility — Miami Beach HQ with a hybrid model that values collaboration and focus equally.
