Responsibilities

• Assist in development and execution of digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and company objectives.
• Support the Account Manager and Marketing Manager in identifying content themes, campaign opportunities, digital trends, and recommendations.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities for assigned client accounts under the direction of the Account Manager, including organizing requests, updating task boards, and tracking deliverables.
• Support client communications to ensure requests are professional, accurate, and timely.
• Write, edit, and support production of social media posts, captions, blog posts, emails, and other digital marketing materials.
• Collaborate with designers and other creatives to produce visual and multimedia content.
• Distribute content across websites, blogs, social channels, and newsletters, ensuring channel-tailored delivery and scheduling.
• Assist in creating monthly and quarterly marketing reports showing campaign results and insights

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on social media management or digital marketing experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, clients, and deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to follow direction from Account Managers and the Marketing Manager while also taking initiative on assigned tasks.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with a team
