We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to support client communication and campaign execution across multiple digital channels.

This is not a task-only position. You will serve as a key point of contact for client accounts, helping manage timelines, coordinate internal teams, and ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, confident in client-facing interactions, and excited to grow into strategy and client leadership responsibilities within a high-performing agency.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Coordinate execution across SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, and content campaigns
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and internal accountability across multiple accounts
• Lead client communication, including status updates, reporting, and recurring meetings
• Translate client objectives into actionable internal plans
• Ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy across deliverables
• Support campaign reporting and identify optimization opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to maintain efficient workflow and execution

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.7
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence in client-facing interactions and presentations
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership mentality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing

• Previous experience working in a marketing agency environment
• Experience with Google Analytics, project management tools, or marketing platforms
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics and reporting
