About the Role

We’re seeking a high-performing Digital Marketing Coordinator who is ready to take ownership of client communication and project execution from day one.

This role is not task-only—you will be a key point of contact for clients, responsible for keeping projects on track, aligning internal teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery across campaigns.

This is best suited for someone who is detail-obsessed, proactive, and comfortable in a client-facing role within a fast-moving agency environment.

What You’ll Own

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Coordinate and drive execution across SEO, paid media, social, email, and content campaigns
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and internal accountability across multiple projects
• Lead client communications, including updates, reporting, and status calls
• Translate client goals into clear internal action plans
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across all deliverables
• Support performance reporting and identify areas for optimization

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (GPA 3.7+ required)
• Strong communicator with confidence in client-facing interactions
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping details
• Proactive mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
• Strong writing skills with attention to tone, clarity, and brand voice
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social, email)
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics or project management platforms is a plus
