- Own the Google Ads stack (Search, Display, Performance Max, remarketing) end to end and track with GA/GA4.
- Build and manage Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, with testing and creative alignment.
- Turn insights from keyword, audience, and competitive research into actionable optimizations and reports.
Job Description
Own and optimize paid media across Google and Meta, turning data into performance through search, display, and remarketing while coordinating landing-page tests and cross-team alignment.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns.
- Build and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign performance reviews.
- Write and test ad copy for Google PPC and Meta campaigns.
- Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, cost per lead, conversion rates, click-through rates, and overall ROI.
- Assist with landing page recommendations, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Track campaign performance using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, and web teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals.
- Help troubleshoot tracking issues, conversion events, pixels, tags, and attribution discrepancies.
