Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Create, plan, and post daily/weekly content to keep our platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) updated and engaging.
• Content Creation (Photo & Video): Take high-quality photos and record/edit short videos capturing student life, classes, hands-on training, and aesthetic treatments.
• Digital Advertising (Paid Ads): Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to generate leads and attract prospective students.
• Website Maintenance: Perform basic website updates, information adjustments, and ongoing routine maintenance.
• Growth Strategy: Propose creative ideas for promotional campaigns, open house events, and student recruitment.

Requirements

• Digital Marketing Experience: Solid, proven track record in social media management, content creation, and ad campaign setup.
• Audiovisual Skills: Great eye for photography, proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Premiere, etc.), and confidence filming in a fast-paced academy environment.
• Web Management: Basic-to-intermediate knowledge to update and maintain the company website.
• Professional Attributes: Self-motivated, autonomous, with strong visual aesthetic standards and a passion for the beauty and wellness education industry.
• Languages: Fluent Spanish is required. English proficiency is a plus/desirable asset, but not strictly mandatory.
