Responsibilities

• Email marketing — the core of this role - Write and own our nurture and sales sequences: welcome, launch, re-engagement, abandoned cart, win-back. Copy that converts. - Plan campaigns around our launches, book releases, and podcast episodes - Build everything in Kajabi — automations, tags, segments, broadcasts - Track opens, clicks, and revenue per campaign, and tell us what you're changing based on it - Write subject lines and offers that convert without ever sounding like a pitch Kajabi program support - Create course thumbnails, lesson graphics, and program artwork in Canva - Build and upload forms, checklists, worksheets, and downloadable resources - Make ongoing updates to courses, offers, and landing pages - Keep the member experience clean and organized Social & community - Light social media support — scheduling, graphics, caption drafts - Manage our Facebook group and page: post prompts, welcome new members, respond to comments, keep the space warm and moderated Occasional design production - Produce marketing graphics from our existing Canva template system — promo assets, podcast art, book covers — by working within an established layout

Requirements

• You can write a sales email that actually sells. This is the skill that matters most here. You've written sequences that drove revenue and you can show us the copy.
• Experience with Kajabi or a comparable platform (Kartra, Thinkific, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp) — building automations, not just sending broadcasts
• Comfortable reading email metrics and adjusting based on them
• Strong Canva skills; you can work inside an existing brand system and make it look intentional
• Experience managing an online community or Facebook group
• Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to work faster, with the judgment to edit what they produce
• Genuinely self-managing: you bring the plan, track your own deadlines, and tell us early when something's off
• US-based with reliable overlap with Pacific business hours

Preferred

• Launch experience (course, membership, or book)
• Basic video editing
• Pinterest or podcast promotion experience
• Experience with faith-based or ministry brands
• Amazon KDP familiarity
