Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analyze performance of digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, email, SEO, and display channels
  • Track key metrics such as traffic, conversions, CPA, ROI, CTR, and customer engagement
  • Create dashboards, reports, and performance summaries for stakeholders
  • Identify trends and recommend strategies to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Monitor website analytics using tools such as Google Analytics
  • Support A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and marketing content
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align campaign goals
  • Conduct competitor and market research
  • Manage data accuracy across marketing platforms and reporting systems
  • Assist with budget tracking and campaign forecasting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Excel and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media metrics
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

Preferred

  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or data analysis tools
  • Digital marketing certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta)
  • Experience in agency or in-house marketing environments
  • Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
