Responsibilities

• Manage and build relationships with 20-25 clients.
• Lead client calls and communicate campaign performance and results.
• Explain Google Ads, SEO, and GBP performance in a clear, client-friendly way.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
• Coordinate with internal marketing teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Use AI tools to research, analyze performance, and improve efficiency.
• Manage client requests, follow-ups, and ongoing communication.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, and GBP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable presenting results and speaking with clients.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple accounts.

Preferred

• Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to better understand campaigns and results
• Digital marketing agency experience is preferred.
