Responsibilities

• Collaborate to plan and manage sprint capacity and overall cadence ensuring efficient continuous delivery of web materials
• Identify data driven decisions through analytics and testing
• Continuous monitoring and troubleshooting to minimize errors and downtime
• Optimize website content using SEO tools and techniques to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
• Monitor website traffic and performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and prepare reports for stakeholders
• Use data insights to recommend and implement improvements to content, navigation, and user experience
• Support digital campaigns through the creation and maintenance of landing pages, related website components, and forms tied to recruitment, events, and student retention
• Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content development and paid advertising efforts.
• Monitor website analytics with Google Analytics and other tools to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• 2- Year Minimum Experience with WooCommerce and SEO optimization platforms is required
• Working knowledge of managing content and configurations for new functional features across lower environments UAT through to live production on site

Preferred

• Experience with Google Analytics 4 to inform decisions is strongly preferred.
• Special consideration will be given to candidates with an equine background.
