Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for managing and improving the digital infrastructure that powers our marketing and growth.
• Website & Platform Management • Build, maintain, and optimize company websites (primarily WordPress )
• Manage course and membership platforms within Kajabi
• Build high-converting landing pages and funnels
• Improve site speed, SEO, and user experience
• Ensure website security, backups, and uptime
• Digital Advertising & Lead Generation • Create and manage Facebook / Instagram ad campaigns
• Manage Google Ads and YouTube advertising
• Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns
• Build marketing funnels that generate leads for events, courses, and programs
• Automation & Marketing Systems • Build and maintain automations using Zapier
• Integrate marketing tools, websites, CRM systems, and funnel software
• Improve internal marketing systems and workflows
• Manage marketing data and lead flows
• Growth Strategy • Work directly with leadership to design campaigns that drive revenue
• Launch promotions for live events, programs, and digital courses
• Test new marketing ideas and growth strategies
• Analyze campaign performance and improve conversion rates
• Creative & Campaign Support • Build landing pages and marketing assets
• Coordinate marketing for podcasts, radio shows, and events
• Assist in the creation of digital marketing campaigns and promotional materials
