Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Take a strategic brief from leadership (goals, target audience, key messages) and design a full growth plan for Blueprint Academy’s TikTok/Instagram presence
  • Present your plan for approval before executing
  • Own the account’s growth once your plan is approved, bringing your own judgment and ideas to how it comes together
  • Keep track of what’s working and what isn’t, and adjust your approach based on real results
  • Report on progress and iterate – this role rewards initiative within an approved plan
