Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Apply strategic design thinking to translate project goals into functional user experiences, ensuring every layout and workflow choice actively supports the customer journey and brand objectives.
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain Craft CMS websites, landing pages, templates, and interactive elements (using Twig, HTML5, CSS3/JS), utilizing a customer-centric design philosophy to ensure every digital touchpoint is intuitive, accessible, and conversion-optimized.
  • Build high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mobile-first mockups that translate complex user flows into responsive, production-ready designs that adapt seamlessly across all devices and screen sizes.
  • Design and build HubSpot workflows and email templates in partnership with Demand Generation and Marketing Ops to support lead nurturing, segmentation, and campaign execution.
  • Produce high-impact, brand-aligned content tailored for various digital channels to move users through the funnel—leveraging storytelling to drive awareness, simplify complex technical education, and spark measurable engagement.
  • Design and execute data-driven A/B testing strategies across web and email platforms, leveraging user behavior insights to iterate on visual components and optimize for maximum engagement and conversion.
  • Implement SEO best practices across web experiences (metadata, site structure, performance) and collaborate with internal and agency partners on broader SEO strategy.
  • Utilize performance data and analytics to optimize digital marketing experiences, developing clear, actionable reports that translate performance data into insights for the marketing team.
  • Continuously research and incorporate the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our online presence modern and effective.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, web design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years in digital design, web development, or marketing operations.
  • Proven ability to apply strategic thinking to translate complex business objectives into intuitive, user-friendly digital solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in Craft CMS and HubSpot CRM, with hands-on experience building and maintaining production environments.
  • Experience working across multiple CMS platforms (e.g., Craft, Sitecore, WordPress) is a plus.
  • Strong working proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with the ability to modify templates, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with developers when deeper customization is required.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and XD/Sketch.
  • Working knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and SEO auditing tools to monitor and enhance technical performance and performance analysis.
  • An exceptional portfolio demonstrating high-quality web projects, clear design thinking, and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Solid understanding of web design principles, UI/UX best practices, and responsive design.

  • Experience working across multiple CMS platforms (e.g., Craft, Sitecore, WordPress) is a plus.
